Organisation

The Argidius Foundation is registered as a Swiss Foundation and is part of the corporate giving programme of COFRA Holding AG.

The foundation's governance comprises an Executive Director, an Investment Committee, a Board of Foundation, and a Supervisory Board. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of the foundation's activities and the Investment Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Foundation on grant requests.
