Support market-driven skill building initiatives in Argidius Foundation's target countries to foster sustainable improved access by poor and disadvantaged populations to local labour markets providing a sustainable living wage.- Foster, identify and support market-driven vocational skills training initiatives geared to growth sectors with the potential to provide a living wage.
- Support initiatives particularly focusing on enhancing youth employment, as well as the inclusion of the most disadvantaged people within the labour force.
- Support programmes training people to undertake self-employment (entrepreneurship) where clearly tied to the ability to launch an enterprise.
